Simple, all-inclusive childcare One hourly fee with everything included

We want childcare to be simple for families, without hidden extras or long lists of things to remember each morning.

Our fee includes everything your child needs during their day with us, from meals and outings to nappies, spare clothing and formula milk.

Our all-inclusive fee covers your child’s care, food, equipment, activities and everyday essentials.

Charged by your contracted hours

A usual eight-hour day costs £56 8 hours × £7 per hour

Your exact charge is based on the number of contracted hours your child attends. Please contact us to discuss the hours you require.

Funding and Tax-Free Childcare

We accept eligible funded childcare and Tax-Free Childcare payments. Please speak to us about how your funded hours may be used.

Funded childcare

We offer funded places for eligible children. Eligibility and the number of funded hours available depend on the child’s age and family circumstances.

Stretched funding

Where appropriate, funded hours may be stretched across more weeks of the year rather than being used only during school terms.

Tax-Free Childcare

We are registered to accept Tax-Free Childcare payments. Eligible families can use their government childcare account to help pay their fees.

Fees and funding questions

How are childcare fees calculated?

Our fee is £7 per hour and charges are based on your child’s contracted hours. For example, a usual eight-hour day costs £56. We agree the days and hours with you before your child starts.

Do you accept funded childcare?

Yes. We accept eligible funded childcare. Please contact us so we can discuss your eligibility, preferred attendance pattern and how the hours may be used.

Can I use Tax-Free Childcare?

Yes. Tiny Treasures Childcare is registered to accept payments through the Tax-Free Childcare scheme.

Are meals and snacks included?

Yes. Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, a light dinner and suitable drinks are included in the fee.

Do I need to provide nappies and wipes?

No. Nappies and wipes are included as part of our all-inclusive childcare fee.

Do I need to provide spare clothing or outdoor clothes?

No. We provide spare clothes, puddle suits and wellies so children are prepared for outdoor play and messy activities.

Is formula milk included?

Yes. Formula milk is included. Parents should tell us which formula their child uses and discuss any feeding routines or specific requirements with us.

Are outings included?

Yes. Regular groups, play-area visits, local outings and activity costs are included unless families are told otherwise in advance.

Does an enquiry guarantee a place?

No. Places are only confirmed once availability has been agreed and the required registration paperwork has been completed.
